The Institut für Sicherungssysteme (ISS) initiates new collaborative research projects with companies and research institutes to enhance the use of synergy effects. Scientific knowledge in research networks is integrated into technologies, processes and services quickly and resources are used cooperatively. The ISS promotes networking of key research instutes and companies with the aim to optimize the institutes research profile for partners along the value chain due to the selective transfer of knowledge from science to business.
